What type of phone line is available and how will it benefit your business?

Analogue

Standard Public Telephone Lines that can be used for voice, fax, alarm, lift lines and broadband connections. Also supports Multi-Line Facility with multiple sockets.

ISDN

 These Digital lines can be either ISDN 2 which provides 2 channels per circuit, or ISDN 30 which provides 8-30 Channels per Circuit. These also support Direct Dial Numbers.

SIP

SIP is a cost-effective and flexible alternative to ISDN for your inbound and outbound voice calls. 

How does it work?

Our SIP channels connect your site directly into the network via an IP connection to carry and terminate your inbound and outbound voice calls across the public telephone network. Our SIP Channels provide a highly-flexible alternative to ISDN and are compatible with all IP telephone system brands in the UK market, giving you peace of mind that your telephone system hardware works with the network service. Compared to ISDN, SIP Channels are cheaper on a per-channel basis and more flexible in terms of what telephone numbers you can have and the locations in which you can have them. In addition, they are quicker to install and offer a robust business continuity service that ensures your business never loses any calls. Our service can support connections ranging from two channels for businesses with small telephone systems, with no limit on the number of channels that can be supported for large enterprises.
