How We Are Paid

Building long term relationships with our customers is important to us. That's why we believe in being completely transparent about how we are paid.

Our service is funded through commission paid by the supplier. This commission is included within the energy rates presented in your quotation and is recovered through your utility charges over the contract term.

We agree a commission uplift with the supplier, which is added to the supplier's base unit rate before your quote is produced. The prices shown in your quotation already include this commission, meaning there are no separate brokerage, consultancy or administration fees payable to Wellwood Communications.

The price you see is the price you pay, providing complete transparency over the cost of your utility contract.
