Apprenticeships
Training and development is key to ensuring that our employees have the skills and qualifications necessary for their role. We actively support employees in gaining Further Education and Vocational qualifications.
Our Apprenticeship Programme is designed to develop the workforce of tomorrow and we are proud of our team who have enjoyed the career pathway from a Modern Apprentice through to a Telecoms Engineer.

Delivered mock interview sessions at Linlithgow Academy, Deans Community High School and Lanark Grammar, helping students build confidence and prepare for the world of work.
Attended the Careers Fair at Garnock Community Campus to showcase career opportunities within the telecommunications industry.
Sponsored the Ayrshire Volunteer Awards recognising the outstanding contribution volunteers make within their communities.
Provided ongoing monthly support to Loaves and Fishes Foodbank in East Kilbride helping local people who need it most.
